Pip & Plummet

Pip & Plummet is a descent game. You control a round little thing tumbling down a well, tapping to nudge it left or right through gaps that close and open on a rhythm. It's tense in the good way.

The difficulty curve is honest. Early falls give you room to learn the timing, then the gaps start staggering and you have to plan two ledges ahead. My best runs came when I stopped reacting and started reading the pattern.

It loses a star because the checkpoints feel stingy and the ads pop up a beat too often between runs. Turn off wifi and it's a tidy, tense little arcade toy.
